Insurance Service Operations Execution Analyst II

Capgemini is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Operations Execution Analyst II to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.
This team is responsible for project execution and change management related to complex and core operational initiatives within Service Operations. They deliver business analytics and propose problem resolution alternatives while uncovering solutions focused on organizational and experience improvements. Additionally, the team is dedicated to process improvement and solution design, ensuring that operational efficiencies are consistently enhanced.

Responsibilities- Complete data and root cause analysis to make data-driven recommendations for process improvements.
- Build communication change plans for large and small employee groups.
- Assess and quantify the impact of headwinds and tailwinds on contact center staffing.
- Develop cost-benefit analyses.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to tell a story with data.
- Work independently and collaboratively in group settings as needed.
- Minimum Required: 1-3 years
