Job Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality content for the website, including landing pages, product pages, blogs, and marketing resources tailored to a SaaS and workforce management audience.
• Create comprehensive user manuals, onboarding guides, and step-by-step instructions to support product usage and client onboarding.
• Draft, update, and maintain internal policy documents, ensuring they are clear, accessible, and aligned with international regulatory standards.
