· Coordinate with the End Users to understand the problems and improvement needs and to troubleshoot them to ensure business continuity.

· Work with SAP systems users and management to determine appropriate system configuration and setup.

· Assist SAP systems users with data conversation.

· SAP functional user training for internal departments.

· Thoroughly understand SAP BUSINESS ONE database schema.

· Assist with testing new releases of SAP systems prior to use in a real business environment.

· Create documentation and procedures guidelines for SAP systems users.

· Thoroughly understand SAP security subsystem to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels throughout the organization and its users.

· Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures to design, develop and maintain automated workflow processes.

· Wors as a Systems Analyst throughout the Company and its users and keep all the logs for records.

· Design, develop, and generate ad-hoc and regular Business reports.

· Provide orientation and training to end-users for all modified and new systems.

· Be in touch with the Service Providers regularly for all troubleshooting, modifications and for new releases of the software.

Documentation &* RecordManagement:*

· Responsible for ensuring the systematic documentation, organization, and maintenance of internal IT records including training logs, skill assessment data, work log records, service documents, and support tickets. Maintain comprehensive SAP-related documentation such as SAP query logs and issue resolution records for audit and process improvement purposes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
