  1. To execute hyperlocal marketing strategies at the regional level by customizing central campaigns, managing on-ground activations, and ensuring brand consistency across branches. 
  2. The role serves as a critical link between national marketing leadership and last-mile execution, driving regional engagement, community outreach, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

  1. As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for executing centrally designed hyperlocal marketing strategies with regional customization to ensure relevance and impact. You will manage end-to-end campaign execution across your region, support branch-level branding and SOP adherence through regular audits and visits, and lead community outreach initiatives tailored to local audiences. 
  2. Your role includes ideating and implementing hyperlocal social media content to drive engagement and lead generation, as well as coordinating internal engagement campaigns to boost employee participation. 
  3. You will consolidate and submit timely and accurate regional reports, manage local vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective and SLA-compliant execution, and supervise Marketing Executives to ensure field readiness and task completion.
  4. Your efforts will directly contribute to regional visibility, customer experience, and marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
