Job Title: AI/ML Engineer (Python + FastAPI)

Job Type : Permanent ( Fresher/ upto 1 yr experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Python and FastAPI to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models into scalable production environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building data-driven solutions, developing RESTful APIs, and integrating AI/ML models with backend systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, train, and optimize machine learning models using Python-based frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Build and maintain FastAPI-based microservices to serve AI/ML models in production.
  • Develop robust API endpoints for inference, monitoring, and data collection.
  • Work closely with data scientists to convert research models into production-ready services.
  • Implement data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation pipelines.
  • Optimize model performance, latency, and scalability for real-world deployment.
  • Integrate APIs with front-end applications, cloud platforms, and databases (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Ensure best practices in version control (Git), CI/CD, testing, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, analysts, and other engineers to deliver AI-powered features.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and experience with FastAPI framework.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and data preprocessing.
  • Experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with RESTful API development and integration.
  • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipelines.
  • Experience deploying models using Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services (AWS Sagemaker, GCP AI Platform, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and API documentation tools (Swagger/OpenAPI).
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with attention to scalability and performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, DVC, Airflow, Kubeflow).
  • Understanding of asynchronous programming in Python (async/await).
  • Experience in NLP, computer vision, or deep learning applications.
  • Prior exposure to real-time inference systems or streaming data (Kafka, Spark).

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
