We're Hiring – Customer Support Executive (IT Industry)
Location: Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month

About the Role:
We are looking for Customer Support Executives with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of computers and software platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, patient, and eager to solve customer queries in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls with patience and clarity.
Actively listen to customer concerns and log them accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
Maintain records of interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Stay updated with knowledge of the company's products, especially SaaS platforms.
Requirements:
12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with SaaS software
Ability to handle pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in customer support or telecom is a plus
Basic coding knowledge is an added advantage
Preferred Skills:
Patience and active listening
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹180, ₹240,000.00 per year
