Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Design, build, and deploy AI-driven and cloud-native applications using Python, C#, ASP.Net, and .Net Core.

  2. Integrate GenAI, LLM, and ML algorithms with Azure AI Foundry, LangChain, or similar frameworks.

  3. Develop software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle

  4. Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions

  5. Improve operations by conducting systems analysis; recommending changes in guidelines and procedures

  6. Update job knowledge by studying state-of-the-art development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

  7. Actively participates hand on in product development and roadmap definition

  8. Develop prototypes to prove the solutions business value to the Product Requirements

  9. Represents technical viewpoint for various technologies during strategic planning

  10. Respond to stakeholder requirements from a requirements & technology standpoint and discuss concepts, solutions, technical feasibility & risks with them

  11. Support Developers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities

  12. Participate in knowledge-sharing code reviews

  13. Adhere to the Code of Conduct and be familiar with all compliance policies and procedures

  14. Should be strong in C#,.Net Core -Coding Skills

  15. Should already be working as a LEAD - Mandatory
  16. Azure(preferred)/AWS experience mandatory
  17. Experience working with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks -MANDATORY
  18. Experience -7+ should be there
  19. GenAI or Agentic AI -Mandatory
  20. Have worked on ML flow models supervised or unsupervised — or some ML exposure -hands on -Mandatory
  21. CI/CD Experience -mandatory
  22. Containerization with Docker, Kubernetes
  23. Experience with integrating GenAI/LLM/ML algorithms with Azure AI Foundry, MCP, or LangChain
  24. Knowledge in modern data technologies such as Delta Lake, Azure Data Lake, Blob Storage, NoSQL DB, Databricks, PySpark, Scala, or Spark SQL
  25. MS SQL and REST API
  26. Knowledge of Integration with SSO token authentication and authorization ADFS/ MS Entra ID / Auth 0
