Key Responsibilities:

Product Support and Training:

Conduct in-depth training sessions for healthcare professionals on medical devices and software applications.

Demonstrate proper usage and applications of devices in clinical settings.

Develop and deliver training materials, including user guides and presentations.

Clinical Expertise:

Provide clinical insights and technical support to customers regarding the usage of medical devices.

Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to address clinical issues and gather feedback.

Stay updated on the latest clinical trends, protocols, and advancements in relevant medical fields.

Customer Support:

Assist in pre-sales and post-sales support by showcasing product benefits and resolving clinical queries.

Offer on-site or remote troubleshooting support during device operation in clinical environments.

Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align clinical application strategies with business goals.

Participate in product launches, conferences, and workshops to represent the clinical application perspective.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, training sessions, and feedback.

Prepare reports on customer feedback, clinical application challenges, and training outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related fields.

Experience:

2+ years in a clinical setting or similar role involving medical device training and application.

Experience in ICU, OR, or other specialized medical fields is a plus.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with medical devices such as ventilators, monitoring systems, infusion pumps, or diagnostic tools.

Basic understanding of healthcare IT systems is an advantage.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.
