About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with a strong background in performance marketing. In this role, you'll create high-quality ad creatives and campaign visuals that not only stand out but also deliver measurable impact.
What You'll Do
Design compelling static and motion creatives for paid campaigns across social, display, and performance channels.
Translate marketing briefs into visuals that maximize click-throughs and conversions.
Work closely with performance marketers to test, iterate, and optimize creatives.
Develop visuals that align with brand identity while being tailored for campaign goals.
Ensure assets are high-quality, optimized for speed, and adaptable across platforms.
What We're Looking For
5–7 years of experience in graphic design with strong campaign and advertising focus.
Portfolio showcasing impactful ad creatives and campaign work.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools.
Strong understanding of digital platforms and ad specifications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
