About the Role

Bansal Productions is building the world's first AI-powered Bollywood studio, reimagining epics through technology and creativity. We are seeking a highly skilled and imaginative AI Video Producer who can transform written scripts and storyboards into compelling cinematic experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert scripts and storyboards into high-quality cinematic videos.
  • Create and refine characters, environments, and visual sequences for storytelling.
  • Apply motion capture and animation techniques for action and dance sequences.
  • Sync dialogues, narration, and music with visuals for seamless output.
  • Collaborate with writers, creative directors, VFX artists, and editors to bring stories to life.
  • Experiment with new AI-driven workflows to enhance production quality and efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in video production, animation, or VFX.
  • Strong understanding of cinematography, storytelling, and visual design principles.
  • Ability to integrate script, visuals, sound, and performance into engaging video content.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven video generation, editing, and creative pipelines.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in film production, animation, or digital storytelling.
  • Degree/Diploma in Film, Multimedia, Animation, or Computer Graphics.
  • Portfolio of script-to-video projects (short films, ads, or creative AI projects).
