About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate RAG Prompt Engineer to join our AI/ML team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and optimizing prompts and pipelines for Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems using Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate has a strong background in natural language processing, prompt engineering, and information retrieval, with hands-on experience building scalable LLM-powered applications.
Preferred candidate profile
- Seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager (TPM) with experience leading complex AI/ML initiatives.
- Lead the planning, execution and delivery of AI/ML programs and initiatives across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, data science, product and business partners to define scope, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical objectives and milestones for model development and deployment.
- Identify opportunities to optimize project delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
- Work closely with teams across Ops/Supply Chain to understand contextual needs and align AI/ML solutions accordingly (preferred).
- Ability to understand and work with AI/ML concepts like LLM, RAG, Data structures, analysis to supplement engineering strength and lead business SMEs
