B. Job Objective

Job Purpose

We are looking for a dynamic Asst Manager - Production to lead and oversee large-scale solar module manufacturing operations at our Tirunelveli facility. The role demands strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong leadership to ensure high productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.

C. Primary Responsibilities

Functional Skill
  • Excellent knowledge of the solar module manufacturing process 
  • Deep Understanding of plant efficiency methods 
  • Well versed on Production Planning & Control Process
  • Coordination with Supply Chain Management Teams
  • Excellent knowledge of the principles and practices of plant operation, including Production, Maintenance, Quality control, Health, Safety, Security & Environment and Material Management 
  • People Management / Administrative skills
  • Responsible for Plant P & L
  • Data Analysis and Reporting

D. Role Requirements / Specifications

Desired Qualifications
 B.E. / B.Tech in with exp in solar industry is preferred

Desired Experience
  • 5-10 of exp in Solar PV Module Manufacturing Experience.
  • Monitor Plant OEE/OLE to ensure optimum utilization of assets and resources on a weekly basis; Monitor loss due to breakdown of critical machines/lines and direct resolution


Knowledge & Skills
  • Oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance activities to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule and downtime is reduced in order to maximize unit uptime and optimize capacity utilization of the Unit. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and digital sales tools
  • .Monitor completion of daily, weekly and Monthly production targets adhering to defined standards of cost, quality and time for own plant
