Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Brand Building Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for both B2C (website, D2C sales) and B2B (franchise, wholesale). Build strong brand awareness and customer trust through storytelling, visuals, and influencer collaborations. Plan campaigns around festive seasons, bridal collections, and product launches. 2. Performance Marketing Plan, run, and optimize Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, and YouTube ads for conversions and brand awareness. Manage and track ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and allocate budgets efficiently. Run retargeting campaigns for visitors, cart abandoners, and previous customers. 3. Social Media & Content Develop a content calendar with product photos, videos, reels, and stories. Supervise content creation (photoshoots, reels, influencer tie-ups). Write engaging captions and build an emotional connection with the audience. Grow organic followers and engagement across all platforms. 4. Website & E-commerce Oversee website SEO, UI/UX, product descriptions, and conversion optimization. Coordinate product uploads, offers, and customer journey improvements. Analyze traffic, bounce rates, and conversion metrics to boost sales. 5. Analytics & Reporting Use Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM tools to measure campaign success. Present weekly and monthly reports on performance, sales leads, and trends.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in luxury, jewellery, or fashion brands. Strong command over Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, influencer marketing, and social media strategy. Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and luxury branding. Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills. Experience managing marketing budgets and agencies.
