About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Pricing Specialist. This role requires a strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM along with a solid understanding of pricing and commercials. The ideal candidate will have a mix of analytical and process-oriented skills to support our pricing strategy and ensure smooth CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize pricing workflows within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Ensure accurate CRM data management, including pricing structures and customer records.
Generate reports and dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for pricing analysis.
Assist in automation and process improvements within CRM.
Track and manage proposal submissions through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Support pricing strategy development and execution.
Analyze pricing data, customer trends, and market benchmarks to provide insights.
Collaborate with sales, finance, delivery and product teams to drive pricing initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in pricing, commercials, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a must.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with SaaS pricing models and business dynamics.
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.
Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools is a plus.
