Qualifications Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in branch banking, vehicle loan origination, or a related financial services role.
- Proven experience in managing a team, driving sales, and maintaining operational excellence in a loan or banking environment.
- In-depth knowledge of vehicle loan products, credit assessment, and loan documentation processes.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and staff management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer service and relationship building.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and business development goals.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial performance and risk management.
- Proficient in banking software and MS Office Suite.
- Understanding of vehicle financing, including loan terms, rates, and risk factors.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Achievement of vehicle loan sales targets
- Loan portfolio performance (including delinquency rates and default management)
- Customer satisfaction and feedback
- Staff performance and retention rates
- Compliance with regulatory and internal audit standards
- Operational efficiency (turnaround time, loan processing speed)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
