Job Summary

Join Version Systems Pvt Ltd. as an HR Generalist in Rajkot, overseeing key HR functions and contributing to a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment process from sourcing to hiring.
  • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
  • Assist with performance evaluations and feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
  • Coordinate training programs for employee development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and generate reports.
  • Promote positive work culture and engage employees.
  • Handle payroll process and salary management.
  • Assist in team audits and payroll audits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or similar.
  • Relevant certifications in Human Resources or related areas.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (B.E./B.Tech), MBA, or MCA.

  • Strong analytical skills for HR metrics.
  • Effective communication across all levels.
  • Extensive compliance and regulatory experience.
  • Proficient in management and organizational tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹500,000.00 per year
