Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Speech Language Pathologist will assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Daily responsibilities include creating personalized treatment plans, conducting therapy sessions, addressing speech-related challenges, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for clients. The role also involves working closely with families and caregivers to support ongoing development.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Speech Therapy and addressing Communication Disorders
  • Knowledge and experience with Speech, Dysphagia, and Language Disorders
  • Strong understanding of therapeutic intervention strategies and development plans
  • Compassionate and effective communication skills to engage clients and families
  • Relevant certifications or licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Familiarity with multidisciplinary approaches to therapy and child development
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field is preferred
