Role and Responsibility

1. Migration Activity-

IWAN to FTTH migration

Cu to FTTH migration

IP to Packet Migration activity

EOL Device migration

PRI to FTTH migration

Third party circuit to own media migration

1. Partner management

2. Partner governance on daily productivity

3. Partner performance governance and their invoice approval

4. Daily and Weekly interlock with partner and provide necessary support to partner.

5. Project Management

6. Share weekly update with circle team on all migration track.

7. End to end tracking of project including dismantling material submission in Warehouse location.
8. Monitor for post-migration network stability and escalate issues.

9. Ensure SLAs, installation timelines, and service configurations are met.

10. BOD and WFA Product

11. Share weekly SR,SLA and Repeat update with circle team

12. Ensure SLA of BOD and WFA SR.
13. Weekly interlock with NOC team on ongoing issues.

Additional skills

Understanding of IP/MPLS, GPON, FAT Box ONT,OLT and related fiber access technologies.

• Familiarity with IWAN infrastructure
• Core Excel and power point skill.
