Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Direct Marketing Executive to drive client acquisition and brand visibility for our interior design services. This role involves reaching out directly to potential clients through various channels, building personal connections, and converting leads into business opportunities. If you enjoy face-to-face interaction, field marketing, and have a flair for design, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct direct outreach to potential clients through door-to-door visits, site visits, corporate tie-ups, and networking
  • Generate and qualify leads by identifying target segments such as homeowners, builders, developers, and property managers
  • Distribute marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and portfolios at strategic locations and events
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, builders, and local businesses for cross-promotions
  • Follow up on inquiries and set up appointments for the sales/design team
  • Collect and report feedback to improve campaign effectiveness and client targeting
  • Maintain a database of prospects and regularly update client interactions in CRM tools
  • Support marketing campaigns with ground-level execution and real-time client engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in direct or field marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in face-to-face client interaction
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
  • Basic knowledge of interior design or real estate is a plus
  • Willingness to travel locally and conduct on-site promotions
