About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced
Project In-Charge
to lead and manage complete mining operations, including OB removal, coal production, HEMM utilization, manpower deployment, and safety compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and extensive hands-on experience in coal mining projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day OB removal & coal mining operations.
  • Achieve daily/monthly production targets as per project plan.
  • Ensure effective utilization of HEMM (Excavators, Dumpers, Dozers, Drills, Loaders, etc.).
  • Implement DGMS and statutory safety norms across the site.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise the site workforce and shift teams.
  • Coordinate with client representatives for progress updates and issue resolution.
  • Monitor equipment availability, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
  • Prepare and submit daily production reports, utilization reports, and MIS.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma / B.Tech in Mining / Mechanical / Civil Engineering (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in OB removal and coal mining projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mining operations, HEMM deployment, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in demanding site conditions and manage large teams.
  • First/Second Class Mine Manager's Certificate(DGMS).
