  • Oversee and manage all GST-related compliance, including timely filing of returns, payments, and reporting to tax authorities.
  • Review and validate GST computations, invoices, and input tax credits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Develop and implement GST policies and procedures aligned with current legislation and business operations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (finance, procurement, legal, sales) and external advisors to address GST issues and resolve disputes.
  • Monitor changes in GST laws and regulations, assess their impact on the company, and advise management accordingly.
  • Lead GST audits, assessments, and respond to queries raised by tax authorities.
  • Support tax planning initiatives to optimize the company's overall tax liability
  • Must be well served with indirect taxes from intrenational perspective also (VAT etc.)
