Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for a Senior Travel Consultant. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with corporate and vacation clients, and providing exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include handling reservations, creating detailed travel itineraries, and ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies. The consultant will also handle any travel-related issues that arise to ensure a smooth experience for clients.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Travel Consulting and Travel Management
  • Competence in making Travel Arrangements and handling Reservations
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Knowledge of travel industry tools and software is a plus
  • Previous experience in a corporate travel environment is advantageous
