Job Description – WFH Immigration Counsellor (Commission-Based)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates from the provided leads.
  • Clearly explain overseas job opportunities, eligibility, and visa processes.
  • Build rapport with candidates and handle queries professionally.
  • Convince and convert interested candidates into registrations and closures.
  • Maintain proper call records and conduct timely follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the internal recruitment team for smooth processing.

Requirements

  • Freshers and housewives can apply.
  • Fluent in Malayalam and English.
  • Good communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
  • Females preferred.
  • WFH mode – flexible working hours.
  • Commission-based role – earnings based on successful conversions.

Job Type: Full-time
