Position: Creative Operations Intern - "The bridge between ideas and execution"About the Role:We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented intern who can keep the creative wheels turning smoothly If you love organizing, coordinating, and being the go-to person who ensures things run like clockwork, this role is for you.What You'll Be Doing:Coordinate team meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action points
Align cross-functional teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Track and maintain the SEO calendar across all verticals – Social Media, YouTube, and WebsiteAssist in creative brainstorming sessions and prepare design reference decks
Draft project briefs, set realistic timelines, and ensure everyone's on the same page
Communicate updates, provide admin support, and help manage project timelines effectively
Ensure all deliverables are met on time while keeping creativity flowing
Who We're Looking For:Highly organized and proactive multitasker
Good communication and coordination skills
Someone with a keen eye for detail and a love for structure
Basic understanding of digital platforms (SEO, social media, YouTube) is a plusA team player who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment
