About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled AI Integration Analyst to bridge the gap between AI technologies and business needs. You will analyze, design, and implement AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems and workflows. Your role will involve collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure AI initiatives deliver tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for AI integration and automation.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to translate models and algorithms into actionable business applications.
  • Design and oversee the integration of AI systems with existing IT infrastructure and software platforms.
  • Develop technical documentation, integration plans, and user guides.
  • Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of AI solutions.
  • Monitor AI system performance and troubleshoot integration issues.
  • Ensure AI implementations comply with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
  • Support change management and user training related to AI tool adoption.
  • Stay informed on the latest AI technologies, tools, and best practices.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AI frameworks and platforms (TensorFlow, PyTorch, IBM Watson, Azure AI, etc.).
  • Knowledge of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools.
  • Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance (GDPR, HIPAA).
  • Background in project management or Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to conduct impact analysis and ROI assessments for AI projects.
