Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic fresher/entry-level candidate to join our Sales team in the Industrial Refrigeration segment. The role involves supporting field sales, building customer relationships, coordinating pre-sales activities, and learning end-to-end sales processes of Industrial Refrigeration Compressors. This position offers excellent opportunities for learning and career growth in industrial product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in field visits, customer meetings, and product presentations.
  • Develop a basic understanding of Industrial Refrigeration Compressors (Ammonia / Chillers / Cold Storage solutions).
  • Build and maintain good relationships with industrial customers such as Dairy, Cold Storage, Seafood Industry, and Chiller Plants.
  • Support in pre-sales activities like proposal preparation, technical documentation, and quotation follow-up.
  • Learn and contribute to order booking, execution follow-up, and payment collection processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of sales orders.
  • Assist in market analysis and competitor study to support sales strategies.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build customer rapport and work in a team.
  • Verbal communication in local language preferred.
  • Enthusiasm to learn about industrial refrigeration sales.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Basic knowledge of SAP / CRM tools (added advantage).
  • Any internship or academic project in mechanical, refrigeration, or industrial product sales domain.

Qualification:

  • ITI/Diploma/BE / B.Tech (Mechanical /Refrigeration & Air Conditioning).
  • Candidates with up to 1 year of industrial product sales exposure can also apply.
