Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java Microservices and Spring Boot, with over 5 years of professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, development, and deployment of microservices-based applications using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Solid understanding of software development principles and design patterns.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other back-end frameworks and technologies.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
