Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Informatica CAI/CDI Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Informatica Cloud (IICS), including Cloud Application Integration (CAI) and Customer Data Integration (CDI).

The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain robust integration workflows, APIs, and data synchronization solutions across enterprise systems to ensure seamless, real-time, and high-quality customer data management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement Informatica CAI workflows, APIs, and process automation solutions.

- Build and maintain CDI (Customer Data Integration) components for Customer 360 / MDM implementations.

- Integrate Informatica CAI/CDI with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, ServiceNow, and on-prem databases.

- Configure and optimize real-time data integrations, event-based triggers, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Develop and maintain data mappings, transformations, and integration logic using IICS frameworks.

- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and validation using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) when required.

- Collaborate with business, data governance, and infrastructure teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and connectivity.

- Conduct unit testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support for integration solutions.

- Optimize performance and ensure high availability across environments.

Required Skills :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Informatica Cloud (IICS) CAI (Cloud Application Integration) and CDI (Customer Data Integration).

- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, and web service design.

- Proficient in integration patterns, data mapping, error handling, and real-time processing.

- Strong knowledge of ETL, data modeling, and data quality concepts.

- Solid SQL skills with experience in Oracle, SQL Server, or Snowflake.

- Exposure to authentication methods such as OAuth, SAML, and API Keys.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Good to Have :

- Experience in Informatica IDQ and PowerCenter.

- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Familiarity with Informatica Cloud Data Integration (CDI-Spark) and Informatica 360 Solutions (Customer 360, Supplier 360, etc.

- Informatica Certification in IICS / CAI / CDI / MDM / Data Quality.
