Flutter Developer

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer who can take full ownership of our mobile app development. The role requires someone who can plan, design, and build applications from scratch, with a strong sense of design and a deep understanding of system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Design user interfaces that are clean, responsive, and aligned with our internal workflows.
• Collaborate with the ERPNext development team to integrate the app with backend systems through APIs.
• Define the technical architecture and structure of the mobile app for long-term scalability.
• Implement robust authentication, data security, and performance optimization techniques.
• Manage state effectively using frameworks like Provider, Bloc, or Riverpod.
• Review code, establish standards, and guide junior developers as the team grows.
• Ensure smooth deployment of the app to production and handle ongoing maintenance.
• Stay updated with new Flutter capabilities, libraries, and development trends.
• Take ownership of project timelines, documentation, and technical deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Flutter app development (end-to-end).
• Strong command over Dart, Flutter framework, and application architecture.
• Proven experience integrating apps with RESTful APIs and ERP systems (ERPNext preferred).
• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and ability to design intuitive layouts.
• Experience with Firebase, local databases (Hive/SQLite), and push notifications.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git and agile development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to performance and scalability.
• Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
