Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team by preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, client calls, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and CRM systems.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, generating reports and dashboards as required.
  • Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and operations for seamless order processing.
  • Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate sales representatives or managers
  • Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Key Responsibilities:
