This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Fullstack PEGA Developer in India.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on end-to-end Pega-based solutions, designing and implementing both front-end and back-end components. You will collaborate closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to translate complex business processes into efficient and scalable Pega applications. The position involves customizing workflows, business rules, and UI components while integrating with APIs, databases, and cloud services. You will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards. The role is highly collaborative, operating within Agile teams, and offers a chance to work on innovative solutions for loyalty and decisioning use cases. Ideal candidates are proactive, technically strong, and have experience with full-stack development in Pega environments.

Accountabilities:

· Design, develop, and customize Pega applications covering both UI and backend services.

· Collaborate with lead architects, BAs, and stakeholders to understand business processes, requirements, and data needs.

· Configure business rules, workflows, case management, and decisioning components.

· Integrate Pega with REST/SOAP APIs, third-party systems, and cloud infrastructure.

· Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and team discussions.

· Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

· Strong experience in Pega Case Management and BPM.

· Proficiency in Rules, Data Pages, Activities, Decision Tables/Strategies, and Pega Decisioning/Next Best Action (preferred).

· Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP API integration, databases, and file-based integrations.

· Solid understanding of BPMN, Java, SQL, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end customization.

· Experience working in Agile development environments.

· Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively.
