Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
  • Assess customers' needs and preferences to make recommendations.
  • Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including counters, equipment, and workspaces.
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations and maintain sanitation standards.
  • Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol consumption.
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure a smooth and enjoyable guest experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven bartending experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of drink recipes.
  • Ability to mix, garnish, and serve drinks in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and possess required certifications (e.g., TIPS, ServSafe Alcohol).
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bartending school or formal mixology training.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹17,000.00 per month
