- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback for improvement.
- Organize employee engagement activities and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Track training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Participate in the development of HR metrics to assess employee performance.
- Provide support for disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
- Facilitate communication between management and employees regarding HR policies.
- Establish and maintain relationships with placement officers at colleges and universities.
- Coordinate and schedule campus drives, ensuring maximum student participation.
- Present Brand4Brands and the B4B app to placement officers, highlighting benefits and opportunities for students.
- Collaborate with placement officers to draft and roll out proposal emails to students.
- Communicate information about campus drives and the application process through the B4B app.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including resume screening, interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities using HR systems and tools.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 0 - 2 years experience in HR or related field.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Capability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with performance management systems.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes and compensation structures.
- A positive attitude and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
