Enterprise Risk Management:

Supports the ERM function regarding all aspects of the enterprise-wide risk management program.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement, and maturity of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program which includes risk management policy, framework, and processes.
  • Drive Implementation of ERM policy, processes, and various initiatives
  • Facilitate identification of organization level risks, by keeping a tab on external events and disruptive trends
  • Risk assessments and reviews, risk benchmarking, understanding of risk frameworks, etc.
  • Effective facilitator to identify risks and their mitigation for various functions/departments
  • Liaise with stakeholders to facilitate resolving the issues/risks
  • Co-ordinating with the stakeholders / risk owner to identify movements in risk trending
  • To develop risk presentations for the reviews with senior management, committees, etc.
  • Tracking the risk matrix / KPIs for monitoring of risk on quarterly basis
  • Periodically review risk policies, procedures, reporting templates, and framework, etc. to ensure everything is up to date.

Insurance:

Assist and support in management of corporate insurance portfolio:

  • Reviews and assessment of the insurance portfolio in terms of adequacy of coverage
  • Ensure timely renewal of corporate insurance policies, including Co-ordination with stakeholders to update insurance proposal forms, premium payments, etc.
  • Review of standard insurance clauses in contracts
