Role Description

We are seeking a creative and data-driven
Editing and Social Media Manager
to join our team on-site. This dual-role position is perfect for a self-starter who excels at both crafting compelling visual content and strategically managing our brand's presence across all social media channels. You will be responsible for bringing our brand story to life through high-quality video and image editing, as well as driving growth and engagement through expert social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Editing:

  • Edit and produce high-quality video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube shorts, long-form videos) and static images for various social media platforms.
  • Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic and tone across all visual assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with current editing trends and techniques.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of all social media accounts, including content scheduling, posting, and community management.
  • Actively monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Prepare and publish compelling captions that align with the brand voice.

Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze key social media metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, impressions, audience growth).
  • Use insights from data to inform content strategy and optimize performance.
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and key learnings.

Qualification:

  • Proven experience in video and image editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Hands-on experience with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Photoshop).
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and data-driven content strategies.
  • Previous experience working with a clothing brand or in the fashion industry is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
