Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with the Operations Team of all three business units, namely Enago, Ulatus, and Voxtab
  • Work in collaboration with the Project Management Team for efficient project management
  • Work in collaboration with the Marketing team for implementation of strategies
  • Efficiently handle the customer service operations for international clients
  • Shoulder responsibility for effective email communication with international clients and home team
  • Communicate and coordinate with a team of project managers, academic editors
  • Handle client inquires via Emails, calls and chats to provide an appropriate solution, thereby increasing business
