Now, we're looking for a Barista & Outlet Manager to lead our flagship outlet at Golf Course Road, Gurgaon.
What You'll Do
As a Barista cum Outlet Manager, you'll be the face of Breww 47, ensuring every guest enjoys a premium coffee experience while keeping operations smooth and efficient.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting consistently great coffee and beverages according to Breww 47 standards
- Managing day-to-day outlet operations — inventory, cash handling, opening/closing procedures
- Training and mentoring junior baristas to maintain quality and service standards
- Managing customer interactions with warmth, professionalism, and brand flair
- Monitoring equipment maintenance and cleanliness of the workspace
- Coordinating with the central team for stock replenishment, marketing campaigns, and reporting
- Handling basic sales tracking and ensuring outlet targets are met
- Representing Breww 47's values — energy, quality, and community — every single day
Who You Are
- 1–4 years of barista experience
- Deep passion for coffee — from beans to brewing
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Highly organized, responsible, and a self-starter
- Comfortable using POS systems and handling daily reporting
- Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
