Bancassurance Strategy & Execution


• Ensuring achievement of the GWP (Gross Written Premium) numbers, market share and the penetration of the budgeted numbers


• Extensively engage, network and influence Bank Regional Leadership and Staff & execute on ground Training and Skilling module for Bank Staff on Products, process and Soft Skills


• Implement MIS systems measuring Sales force effectiveness, RM productivity per Cluster, LG Activation, key is to drive input management leading to higher sales productivity


• Implement customer segment - based product strategy, by using the right Product Mix by deploying Upsell and Cross Sell Hooks


• Regular interaction and co-ordination with the line managers, channel partners, third-party team (TPT) and line team of the bank


• Providing the required training to the team and providing periodic review of team performance and setting agenda


• Responsible for timely hiring, maintaining and encouraging the diversity and controlling the attrition


• Responsible for grooming and hand-holding of the direct reportee's
