Role Overview

We are looking for motivated
Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) or Diploma graduates
who are eager to start their careers in
Production or Quality Engineering
. This is a hands-on role, offering exposure to
manufacturing processes, quality inspection, and continuous improvement practices
in a modern steel processing facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily production activities on machines like
    Drawbench, Combined Drawing Line, Peeling, Straightening & Polishing
  • Assist in quality inspection
    – tolerance checks, crack testing (MPI), dimensional accuracy, and surface finish evaluation
  • Work on
    process monitoring and reporting
    (production logs, WIP, rejection analysis)
  • Participate in
    continuous improvement projects
    for efficiency and cost reduction
  • Ensure adherence to
    safety and quality standards
    as per
    EN 10277:2018 and automotive OEM requirements

Desired Profile

  • B.Tech / Diploma
    in Mechanical, Metallurgy, Production, or Industrial Engineering
  • Fresh graduates (0–1 year experience) welcome
  • Strong interest in
    manufacturing operations, quality systems, and process improvement
  • Good analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to work in a shop-floor environment
    and learn hands-on
