Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative
BI Technical Lead (Qlik Sense)
to design, develop, and optimize data visualization solutions that drive actionable insights for business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Qlik Sense development, data modeling, and dashboard design, with the ability to translate complex business needs into elegant, user-friendly analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative, interactive, and visually compelling Qlik Sense applications, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making.
• Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to understand requirements and translate them into intuitive and efficient frontend designs.
• Develop and optimize data models and scripts to ensure accurate and efficient data integration from multiple sources.
• Apply rapid wireframing and prototyping techniques to iterate quickly and validate design concepts with stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in layout, data visualization, and user experience to enhance usability and performance.
• Monitor and optimize performance of Qlik Sense dashboards, including load times, memory utilization, and data refresh cycles in Qlik Sense SaaS/Enterprise environments.
• Conduct comprehensive testing and debugging to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability of solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• A Bachelors or Masters degree with atleast 7 years of experience as a Qlik Sense Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Qlik Sense development, scripting, data modeling, and UI/UX design.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Expertise in SQL programming and and experience is Qlik SaaS environment is highly desirable. Exposure to other BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is an added advantage
• Qlik Sense certifications (e.g., Qlik Sense Data Architect, Qlik Sense Business Analyst) are an advantage.
• Knowledge on ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts is will an added advantage
• Strong business acumen and the ability to understand and interpret business requirements.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings, complex data insights and provide recommendations to the non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
• Experience in project management and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
