Wallet Operations Specialist

Location: Asia / Taiwan, Taipei / Hong Kong

Responsibilities Wallet Management:
  • Oversee daily operations of exchange wallets, including deposits, withdrawals.
  • Monitor blockchain transactions to ensure timely processing and resolve delays or failures.
  • Maintain operational uptime of exchange wallets.
  • Coordinate and complete network upgrades, token events, and testing with no issues.
Risk Mitigation & Compliance:
  • Collaborate with the security team to respond to incidents and implement safeguards.
  • Monitor Internal Alerts and enhance the monitoring system to detect security or high-risk events and follow up with reactive and preventive measures.
Process Optimization:
  • Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency.
  • Analyze transaction data to identify trends and recommend system improvements.
  • Analyze competitor products and industry trends to identify potential product/process enhancements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work with Customer Support to resolve wallet-related user inquiries.
  • Partner with stakeholders across various departments to solve customer pain-points and enhance our product.
Requirements
  • 2 years in crypto wallet operations, blockchain infrastructure, or a related role.
  • Proficiency with blockchain explorers (e.g., Etherscan).
  • Understanding of UTXO, EVM, and multi-signature wallets.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, 24/7 crypto environment.
