About the Role

We are looking for a creative and confident female influencer who can be the face of our brand across social media. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of content creation, social media trends, and brand storytelling — someone who can both represent the brand on camera and strategically manage online engagement.

This role blends content writing, influencer marketing, and social media management. You'll work directly with our marketing and design teams to create impactful campaigns that align with our vision in the electric vehicle (EV) and sustainability space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Influencing
  • Create and feature in engaging video and photo content (reels, posts, stories, etc.) for Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent on-camera presence to represent the brand.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute influencer campaigns and product features.
  • Social Media Management
  • Manage brand pages on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule posts, track performance metrics, and respond to followers to boost engagement.
  • Identify trends, viral topics, and opportunities for brand visibility.
  • Content Writing
  • Write creative and SEO-friendly captions, scripts, and blog-style posts related to electric vehicles, sustainability, and lifestyle.
  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
  • Collaboration & Reporting
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors for high-quality content output.
  • Provide monthly reports on reach, engagement, and audience insights.

Requirements

  • Female, with a strong camera presence and confidence in speaking or presenting on social media.
  • Proven experience in influencing, social media content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English (Telugu or Hindi is a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple social media platforms and track analytics.
  • Familiar with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or social scheduling platforms.
  • Passion for electric vehicles, sustainability, or tech innovation is a big advantage.

Preferred Skills

  • Video scripting, storytelling, and basic editing skills.
  • Understanding of Instagram algorithms and influencer collaborations.
  • Experience in handling personal or brand pages with 10K+ followers (preferred, not mandatory).
