About the Role: This role will focus on managing telecom orders, invoices, and wireline inventory while ensuring accurate billing and vendor accountability. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with hands-on telecom operations expertise to drive efficiency and cost optimization. Job Description:
• Process and manage telecom orders, focusing on wireline services.
• Review and approve invoices while ensuring billing accuracy.
• Maintain and reconcile telecom and wireline inventory.
• Work closely with vendors to resolve disputes and improve service delivery.
• Partner with internal teams across finance, procurement, IT, and operations.
• Prepare reports and presentations to highlight cost and usage trends.

• Manage and optimize telecom expenses, including data circuits and mobile services

• Monitor and report on telecom expenses, usage trends, and cost-saving initiatives

•Review contracts and pricing implementation with telecom vendors to ensure cost-effective services Required Skills:
•Proven experience in telecom expense management or telecom operations.

•Strong skills in Excel (must-have).
• Experience with telecom expense management, billing, and wireline operations.
• Knowledge of BI queries and PowerPoint (nice-to-have).
• Great communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to analyze billing data and recommend cost savings.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree

• 3+ years in Telecom Expense Management, Telecom Operations, or Vendor Management.
