Qualification: any Graduates/ MBA
Salary: 20000/- to 25000/- Gross
Job Roles and Responsibility
Working Knowledge in EPF / ESIC / PT portal.
Knowledge on EPF, ESI, PT & Other Labour laws.
Knowledge on wage component analysis.
Direct contact with PF / ESI / PT & Labour office for Personal Hearings.
Direct contact with employees for UAN Activation & KYC Updating.
Handling PF Claims and solving the issues.
ESI Temp card, ESI Challan Preparation, ESI Half yearly Returns.
Expertise in MIS, should have knowledge in MS Office.
