Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our FMGE & International Outreach division. This leadership role involves managing end-to-end operations related to FMGE, building relationships with international medical colleges, interfacing with faculty and students, and generating high-quality leads for our programs. This position is based in Chandigarh with frequent international travel across Asia, Europe, and other regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
o Lead the FMGE vertical with responsibility for growth, performance, and market positioning.
o Develop and implement a robust strategy for engaging international medical colleges and student communities.
International Outreach:
o Travel frequently to medical colleges abroad to build partnerships and conduct on-ground awareness campaigns.
o Represent the company at international educational fairs, conferences, and seminars.
o Establish long-term relationships with college administrations, faculty, and student bodies.
Student Engagement & Lead Generation:
o Interact directly with foreign medical students to understand their FMGE preparation needs.
o Organize seminars, webinars, and student interaction programs across international campuses.
o Generate qualified leads and ensure a high conversion rate into our online and offline programs.
Collaboration & Coordination:
o Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, content, and academic departments to ensure a cohesive approach.
o Act as the voice of international students within the organization, helping tailor services and offerings.
Market Intelligence:
o Keep abreast of evolving trends, challenges, and regulatory changes in FMGE and foreign medical education.
o Provide insights to the management team to inform future product development and geographic expansion.
Key Requirements
Minimum 5–8 years of experience in business development, international relations, or education management; prior experience in EdTech or medical education is a strong plus.
Proven track record of leading international initiatives, especially in student recruitment or institutional partnerships.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Willingness and availability to travel internationally for extended periods.
Based in or willing to relocate to Chandigarh.
