About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Fullstack Developer with 5–7years of proven expertise in designing and delivering enterprise-level applications. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in .NET for backend development and for frontend, with the ability to drive end-to-end solutions. In this role, you will not only develop scalable and high-performance applications but also mentor junior developers, handle key stakeholders, and contribute to R&D initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping technical direction, evaluating emerging technologies, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of end-to-end web applications using .NET, and C#.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, designers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
  • Build and consume RESTful APIs for seamless frontend–backend integration.
  • Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
  • Participate and take ownership in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Conduct R&D and explore emerging technologies to drive innovation and process improvements.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and design.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for cross-functional teams and contribute to architectural decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 5–7 years of experience in fullstack development with increasing ownership responsibilities.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET (C#/.NET Core) for backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with for building modern, responsive UIs.
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Experience with SQL/relational databases (MS SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
  • Proven experience in R&D, technology evaluation, and adoption of modern frameworks/tools.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor peers/juniors and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
