Job Title: Senior Specialist - Automation & DevOps

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automation and DevOps Solution Architect to join NTTs Core Technology Group. As a Automation and DevOps Solution Architect, you will be responsible for Designing, implementing and maintaining our development operations processes, tools, and infrastructure. You will collaborate with software developers, system administrators, and other cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and reliable delivery, deployment, and operations.

Required Skills :

1. Designing an end-to-end Process/task automation solution for different clients:

2. Developing a stable/reusable and scalable automation/RPA solution design

3. Should have deeper understanding of the automation use cases and process flow for IT Infrastructure and cloud domain
4. Should have deeper understanding of hardware/software/license requirement & sizing for various automation/RPA tools
5. Should have strong understanding of IT infrastructure systems and domain knowledge with strong analytical skills
6. Should have strong understanding of process optimization and deployment

7. Should have ability to engage with clients and demo the capabilities of the solution.

8. Working knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines:

9. Design, develop, and automate CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid and reliable software delivery.

10. Implement code repositories, build systems, and deployment processes to streamline software releases.
11. Configure and maintain CI/CD tools and systems such as Jenkins, Git CI/CD, or similar.

12. Should have understanding of CI/CD on any 1 cloud (AWS,GCP, Azure)

13. Infrastructure as Code (IaC):

14. Implement and manage infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar.

15. Create and maintain infrastructure templates and configurations to ensure consistent and scalable environments.

16. Work closely with system administrators to provision and configure cloud-based or on-premises infrastructure.

17. Configuration Management:

18. Develop and maintain configuration management solutions using tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.

19. Automate software and system configurations to ensure consistency and reproducibility.

20. Collaborate with development teams to manage application-specific configurations.

21. Should have sound knowledge of Python , PowerShell. Candidate should be able to develop utility programs / scripts.

22. Hands on containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

23. Monitoring and Logging:

24. Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure visibility into system performance and health.

25. Configure and maintain monitoring tools like Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
26. Set up centralized logging systems such as ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) or similar.

Other Skills:

Cloud DevOPs or automation certification will be preferable.
