Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to manage and maintain the companys IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems. The role involves ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, providing technical support to internal teams, and assisting in the implementation of technology solutions to support business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, printers, and peripheral devices.
  • Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Manage user accounts, email IDs, and system access rights.
  • Maintain data security, backup systems, and recovery procedures.
  • Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment purchase, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Update and maintain IT inventory records.
  • Ensure antivirus, firewalls, and security patches are up to date.
  • Assist in software upgrades, system migrations, and technology implementations.
  • Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN networks and internet connectivity.
  • Provide training to employees on basic IT practices and cyber security awareness.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree / Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows & Mac OS environments.
  • Experience in networking, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, cloud storage, and IT security protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
