Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Workshop Manager located in Raipur. The Workshop Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the workshop. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring timely vehicle servicing, maintaining inventory, coordinating with clients, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Workshop Manager will also be responsible for quality control, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Management and leadership skills in overseeing workshop operations
  • Technical knowledge in automotive services and vehicle maintenance
  • Inventory management and procurement skills
  • Client coordination and customer service experience
  • Ability to ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Experience in quality control and operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Relevant certifications or degrees in automotive technology or related field is beneficial
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
