Personality Development Trainer

Job Description :

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Personality Development Trainer to

work with children aged 6 to 18. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about working

with kids, possesses excellent communication skills, and is capable of creating a safe,

supportive, and engaging environment that fosters the overall growth of each child.

This role is perfect for someone who is calm, patient, and passionate about inspiring

young minds to build confidence, leadership skills, and social awareness.

Key Responsibilities :

Engagement & Connection :

• Develop and deliver interactive personality development sessions tailored

to children ages 6 to 18.

• Establish a friendly and approachable rapport with children to encourage

trust and open communication.

• Act as a positive role model and leader, inspiring children to express themselves

and build self-confidence.

Classroom Management & Communication :

• Maintain a positive, energetic, and nurturing classroom environment.

• Use clear, age-appropriate language to explain concepts and guide activities.

• Communicate effectively with children to ensure they feel heard, respected,

and supported.

Emotional & Physical Support :

• Provide emotional support to help children feel safe and unpressured during

class activities.

• Recognize and respond appropriately to children's emotional and physical cues.

• Understand and adhere to guidelines regarding appropriate physical interactions,

ensuring knowledge of good touch versus bad touch.

Program Development & Implementation :

• Assist in planning and executing creative activities that encourage leadership,

teamwork, and personal growth.

• Adapt activities as needed to suit the diverse needs and interests of the children.

• Monitor and document each child's progress, providing feedback to parents

and program supervisors.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• Genuine enthusiasm for working with children and

a positive, supportive approach.

• Demonstrated calmness and patience in managing

young children in a learning environment.

• Ability to connect with kids on a personal and friendly level,

fostering a safe space where they feel comfortable to open up.

• Strong verbal communication skills with clear command over the

English language.

• Emotional intelligence and empathy, ensuring that no child feels pressured

or overwhelmed.

• Physically fit and capable of engaging in active, hands-on activities with children.

• Knowledge of safe physical interactions, including understanding the concepts of

good touch and bad touch.

• Prior experience in childcare, teaching, or a related field is preferred.

Experience: 5++ years of School teaching experience
